Refunding An Order

Description

Handle refunds smoothly by processing them directly through storekit. This guide walks you through the steps to issue a refund quickly and easily.

Steps

Go to the “All Orders” page.

Click on "Filters".

Select all stores in the “Select store” dropdown list.

Then select “All time” for the date range.

Click on “Apply selection” to apply the selected date range.

If you’ve archived or rejected the order you need to refund, make sure to toggle on “Show archived orders” and “Show rejected orders”.

Close the filters tab.

Type the Order ID/Collection code on the search bar.

Find the rejected order and click on it. Then click on “Refund order” to process the refund.

Toggle on "Full refund" to refund the full amount. Otherwise, keep this untoggled.

Add the amount here.

Then select a reason for the refund here.

Once done, click on "Refund".
