Steps

Select the Patient.

Click on Issue Credit Note

Enter the Credit Amount

Add a Credit Reason

Click to Email, Download, or Print the Credit Note

Click X to close this screen

Navigate to Reports

Afterwards, click on Financial Reports

Use Filters to narrow the results.

Click to Preview

Select Refund to refund a client credit.

Click to Email, Download, or Print the credit note.

Click here to Void

Enter a Void Credit Note reason.

When a credit note has been successfully voided, it's status will change to "Voided"
