Configure the Export Format.

Click "…" to configure Write Mappings.

Match each property to its mappable piece of metadata.

Expand the Name property and expose the Expression sub-property.

Click "..." to configure the Expression.

Enter the following expression: "CurrentDocument.ContentTypeName + + Document\Date.ToString("yyyy-MM-dd") + " - " + PO\Number".

Click OK.

Click OK to finalize Write Mappings.
