Navigate to Billing and select Denial Analysis from the right menu.

Press on the down arrow to expand options for the report.

Claim Type will allow you to select Institutional or Professional claims, or both.

Date Type will allow you to select Check Date, Date of Service or Posted Date.

Filter Date allows you to select the date range for your report.

Patient will allow you to search for a specific patient or all patients.

Office will allow you to filter for a specific office, a couple of them, or all of them.

Exam Room will allow you to filter for a specific exam room, a few rooms, or all rooms.

Adjustment Code will allow you to search for a specific code, multiple codes, or all of them.

Is Rebilled Claim will allow you to select claims that received a denial on their first billing, or is a rebill.

Is Zero Balance Claim will allow you to filter out claims with no balance.

The Group By filter allows you to select how you would like to display the information.

The Sub Group By allows you to sort the information using a second parameter.

The Data Freshness stamp will tell you the last update of the data.

The Details tab will give you the breakdown of figures listed on the Summary tab.

The Graph tab will show you the same information in a graph format.

You can maximize the screen or export the data by pressing on the three vertical dots.

Pressing on any bar on the graph will give you additional information.
