Navigate to Billing > Rejection Analysis

Under Date Type, you can select either Date of Service or Submission/Rejection Date.

Select a Date or a range for the report.

Select the type of claim for the report: Professional, Institutional, or both.

Options to maximize the view, sort, or export the data can be found here.

Select how to sort the information.

Select how to Sub Group the information.

The Detail tab will summarize the claim information.

Press on any row to drill into the details for that particular denial.

The Drill In tab will give you additional information regarding the denial.

Options to export the data are located under the three vertical dots.
