End-to-End Expense Management for QuickBooks

On [www.expensebot.ai](http://www.expensebot.ai), under the My Reports tab, the user wants to create an expense report that summarizes the costs they’ve incurred while doing business with one of their clients.

User creates a custom report organized by how they tagged their expenses.

This user selects the tag related to their business with a client named Vintech.

Onto step 2.

User edits the title for the report so its more meaningful.

And reviews the total amount of the report.

Then proceeds to create their report.

Their report is created with a bunch of options like : share with their accountant or manager, view the report, or accounting features like importing to QuickBooks.

They want to import the report to QuickBooks so they expand the "Accounting & Compliance" section.

Tap Connect to QuickBooks

A QuickBooks wizard lets them connect a QuickBooks company they have access to.

They've selected J2Play company and press Next.

They see a final confirmation screen to connect that company to ExpenseBot.

The user is returned to the My Reports page and taps the Share to QuickBooks button to import their report.

If their Vendor Name is not found in QuickBooks they will be prompted to enter a new Vendor Name.

When they have entered the new Vendor Name, they press continue to continue the import into QuickBooks.

The button shows as Processing while the report is imported.

The button turns to "Submitted to Quickbooks" to indicated the report was successfully imported as a Bill to be paid to the chosen Vendor.

Share Report to Accountant

For accountants, the user can share their report with you by tapping the email icon.

They can enter your email address.

Click on "Add".

And Save Changes will automatically email and share the report.

You'll receive an email like this indicating someone has shared a report with you.

You'll see the report they shared with you and options such as the ability to share their report to your own QuickBooks online in a similar fashion as the previous tutorial.
