Navigate to Billing > Aging AR Analysis.

Press the down arrow to expose the available report parameters.

Select the Date Type for the report.

Select the beginning date for the report.

Select the end date for the report.

Select how you would like the report to appear.

Select a single, multiple, or all payer IDs.

Select a single, multiple, or all insurance names.

Select a single, multiple, or all offices.

Select a single, multiple, or all patients.

Select a single, multiple, or all AR Types.

Select the Measure; Balance, Expected, or both.

Select the claim type; professional, institutional, or both.

Select whether to include claims that have a future follow-up date.

Decide whether or not to include claims that have a credit.

Select claims that have or have not been submitted, or both.

Select how to group the information.

Select how to sub group the information.

Options to maximize the screen, hide buttoms, unpin totals, and export the information is located under the three vertical dots.

The details tab will provide patient level details that meet the parameters of your report.

Pressing on a column header will allow sorting and freeze/unfreezing of columns.
