Click on "Automate Gifts".

Click on "Create New Automated Communication".

Click on the element.

Start by adding details such as the greeting name, description, and the number of years post-completion. This helps you identify and manage the greeting later.

Click on "Choose...".

You can add stakeholders you wish to notify about this greeting. For this demonstration, we’ve selected HRBP as the stakeholder.

Then, click on "HRBP".

Next, click on "Continue".

Next, configure the gift. You have two options: either add reward points or choose products from the collection.

Click on "Yes, Add Products from Store".

Now, click on "Select Collection".

The Collection List displays all existing collections on your platform. You can choose from an existing collection or create a new one here.

Add products from either Gift Cards or Merchandise & Swag. You can also choose a mix of both, based on your preference.

Next up, click on "Add".

The saved collection will appear on this page. Scroll down to the specific collection and click "Use This Collection" to add it to your gifting event.

You can also attach a certificate to be sent along with this greeting by checking the box and selecting the template.

Add a message title and the body text. This will be sent out as an email on the anniversary day. You can edit the gift image or preview the message before moving on to the next steps.

The last step is defining the recipients for the Long Service Award. You can set the criteria by hovering over the open icon.

Review the details and confirm and create.
