Make sure you're on the "Send Rewards" tab.

Select how you want to add recipients.

Let's start with adding in bulk.

This section is where you upload a CSV file with all your recipients. You can view detailed instructions on how to create and upload the file, and you can also download the accepted CSV template right here.

Click to download the CSV template.

Recipients added successfully. Click "Next" to continue.

Click to expand the "Personalise Communications" section.

This is where you can edit, design, and personalize the email your recipients will receive. You can choose a banner that fits the occasion, and explore a wide range of templates by clicking on the 'Explore All' section.

Once that's done, edit your email subject.

Next, you can customize your email banner. Choose from hundreds of designs to match the theme or occasion.

Click here to edit the message in the email.

Customise the title of the message.

And here you can edit the message body.

Once done, click "Save".

Here’s a preview of your email content. The final step is to customize the call-to-action button.

Click "Edit Button Text" to edit the CTA.

Enter your own button text.

Finally, click on "Save".

And that's it, your email is personalised and ready to go. Now click on send rewards to send the gift cards to all added recipients.
