Steps

Click on "Reports" to get started.

This is the Reports Dashboard — here, you can easily view, manage, and download records for the category you’ve selected. The steps are the same no matter which category you choose — be it reward points, codes, links, or gift cards.

Use this section to switch between your sent and scheduled records.

Here you can apply filters.

Filter your records by ID, payment reference ID, recipient’s name, email, phone number, reward value, when it was sent, last redeem date, or the current status

Let's try adding a filter.

Now choose if you want to filter records with a value less than or greater than a certain amount, and then just enter the value

Click on "Apply filter".

Here you can manage columns for the table.

Select all the relevant fields.

Here you can view, resend or cancel the reward.

Click on "Historical records" to download for custom date range.
