Steps

1
First, go to "settings" in your Google Merchant Center.
2
We have to enable "Supplemental Feeds" in the "Add-ons" section.
3
Find "Advanced data source management" and enable this Add-on.
4
As a next step, we will tag the products that we want to promote / exclude in our campaigns via "Custom Labels". Click "Data Sources" again
5
Afterwards, let's add a suppelemental feed
6
We will use Google Sheets as our Supplemental Data Source
7
Once that's done, you should see your product IDs in your supplemental feed matching with the product IDs from your main feed.
8
After that, go back to your primary feed and set up a "Feed rule"
9
You can do that in the "Attribute Rules".
10
Set up a rule, where: - If the Product ID in the supplemental feed and the main feed matches (equals) - Then set the "Custom Label" value to a value from the supplemental feed (or a custom value you want - like "Best Seller")-
11
Once you wait or regenerate the feeds, you will see the best-sellers populate in your Google Ads account.
12
As your last step, you create a campaign that only targets the products with your "best-seller" Custom Label.
