Steps

Click arrow to begin.

Click right arrow to continue.

Select your Recognize
Batch Process Step.

Click the "☰" to access
the drop down options.

Select "Full", "Simple", or "None".

Full recognizes all embedded text.

Simple will only extract native text segments.

None will not obtain any native text there might currently be attached to the document.

After making changes, click the save icon.
