Steps

Go to "Integrations" to get started.

Search for "Qualtrics".

Then, click on "Connect".

Here you'll need to add your Qualtrics datacenter ID.

Head over to your Qualtrics account and click "My Account".

Click on "Account Settings".

After, click on "Qualtrics IDs".

Here's your "Datacenter ID".

Paste the ID here.

Once done, click on "Save".

Here, select the Qualtrics account you want connected.

Click on "Approve".

Your Qualtrics account is integrated successfully.

Here you can manage all Qualtrics automations.

Then, click on "Create New Automation".

Select automation type.

"Public" type requires asking respondant's email IDs.

"Anonymous" type triggers rewards at the end of the survey.

Select a survey.

Select a question or create a new one for email ID.

You can create the question and add it to the survey directly from Plum.

Once done, click on "Save and Proceed".

Select a campaign.

Next, set expiry for this automation.
