Learn how to reference an OCR Profile on a Recognize Activity in Grooper.
Steps

Click arrow to begin.

Click right arrow to continue.

Click the "☰" to the right of the OCR Profile property.

Navigate to and select the OCR Profile you wish to reference.

Click the "☰" to the right of the OCR Assist property.

Select "Auto", "Always", or "None" from the drop down.

"Auto" will apply OCR only to documents that contain images or other features requiring OCR.

"Always" will apply OCR on all pages.

"None" will not apply OCR to any of the pages of your documents.

Click the save icon.
