How to Configure a Floor Plan

Steps

Click on "Settings".

Following that, click on "Locations".

Following that, click on the office you are uploading the floor plan to

Click on "Floor Management".

Next, click on "Add a sublocation".

Give the floor/location a title

Select "Floor" as your Location Type

Then, click on "Create Location".

Click on the new floor you have created

Click on "Create floor plan".

Drag and drop files here or click "browse" and upload any image file (.jpeg or .png format)

Then, click on "Continue".

Now it's time to scale the image. Click once at the end of a desk to start the scale drawer.

Click again at the other end of the desk to draw the scale across the entire desk. If you make a mistake or want to start over, you can use the esc key to undo your click.

Now tell the system how large that desk was that you drew the scale across (in feet).

Click the check mark

Once that's done, click on "Save".

Now that you've successfully uploaded the floor plan and scaled the image, click on "Configure/Edit Floor Plan".

Click the desk icon to Add a desk.

Click on the green dot (do not attempt to drag it, it is not a drag and drop action)

Click on the floor plan where the desk should be pinned

You have now successfully created a desk
