You can access the dashboard settings by clicking on 'Dashboard' in the top navigation bar.

The first option allows you to show or hide the 'Return/Exchange Type' column in the dashboard.

Here, you have the option to configure how exchange creation is processed.

The first option is to create the exchange as a new fulfillment on the original order. This means the exchanged items will be shipped under the original order, without generating a new one.

In this section, you can update the layout and content of the declined request notification email, which is sent when an exchange request is denied by the merchant for any reason.

Next is the section where you can update the layout and content of the 'Return Received' email, which is sent to the customer when the merchant marks the returned items as received.

To add your brand logo to any of the notification emails, click on 'Contact Us' and fill in the necessary details. We will then provide detailed instructions and request any required information.

Here, you can choose to automatically add a specific tag to the exchange order. Simply enter the desired tag in the input field.

In this section, you can choose whether to deduct a fixed return fee from the customer's refund when they return an item. To enable it, check the box and enter the amount you'd like to deduct. This fee will automatically be subtracted from the refund total.

Enable this option to charge a fixed fee during exchanges. First, create a product in Shopify (e.g., 'Exchange Fee'), then paste its product URL into the field provided and click Validate. This fee will be added to the customer’s exchange order as a line item.

After making the changes, don’t forget to save them by clicking on the 'Save' button at the top.
