Steps

Click on 'Return Shipping' from the top navigation bar inside the Settings tab to access the shipping settings.

If you want to integrate a shipping platform other than Shippo, you can contact us from here.

To get started, click on the 'I want another shipping integration' button.

A pop-up will appear—fill out the required information in the input fields.

After that, click on 'Send'. We will review the provided information and get back to you within 48 hours.

This section allows you to integrate Shippo for managing your return shipping.

Enable the "Show Shippo in my Return Shipping Label options" checkbox to integrate Shippo.

Click on the "Reset" button to enable the input field for the Shippo API Key.

Then, paste the Shippo API key in the input field.

Then, click on "Save Shippo API Key" to save the API key.

At the end, click on "Save" to save the changes.
