Steps

Click on "Upselling Customers" from the Settings tab to access the upselling customer settings.

Here, you can select the language for which you want to update the content by choosing it from the dropdown.

This section is used to offer customers a discount on their next order after they submit a return, encouraging them to keep shopping and increasing the chance of a repeat purchase.

Enables or disables the upsell feature — when checked, it shows a discount button on the Returns Tracker page.

The percentage input field is used to set the discount amount (e.g., 20%) that will be offered to customers on their next order when they click the upsell button after submitting a return.

The Button text input field lets you customize the text on the upsell button, helping you tailor the message that encourages customers to place a new order with a discount.

The “See our Upsell Button template” link is provided to show you a preview or example of how the upsell button will appear and function on the Returns Tracker page, helping you understand its placement and design before enabling it.
