To activate the AI Suite, go to the Billing section and under Add-Ons.

Click 'Start Free Trial' to get started.

Once you activated the AI Suite you’ll get access to Reia AI

First, you'll find an AI icon at the top of your screen

Next, you can either pick from the sample questions or type your own in the space below — feel free to ask anything!

Then, it will guide you through the process and provide recommended articles to help.

Let's go to 'My Lists'.

Next, select the property address you’d like to review.

Then, in the property details, click the AI icon on the right.

Go ahead and pick from the recommended questions, or just type in whatever you want to learn about the property.

Now, let’s find out the repair value for this property.

Next, scroll down to view the response and gather more details about the property.
