To navigate to error message customization, go to the Portal section under the Settings tab.

Here under this heading, you’ll find the options to customize the error messages displayed on the Return Portal.

This input field holds the error message that will be shown when a customer enters an incorrect order number or if the order cannot be found.

In this input field, you can edit the error message displayed when multiple returns are found or when a return request has already been submitted for the order.
