Steps

From the left sidebar, click on Gift Cards to access the gift card settings.

Then click on the specific Gift Card you want to customize in order to hide the QR code.

After that, click on the Redemption Page tab from the top navigation bar.

Then, click on the "Hide QR Code" checkbox to disable the display of the QR code on the gift card redemption page.

After that, hit the "Save" button to apply and save the changes you’ve made.
