Steps

You can update the Refund Deduction Fee by navigating to the Dashboard section.

Use this checkbox to enable or disable the Refund Deduction Fee option.

This input field lets you specify the Refund Deduction Fee to be applied for exchange orders.

Click the Save button to apply and store all the changes you've made.

Then navigate to the Resolution page of an exchange request to see how the refund deduction fee is actually applied.

Select the product restock location from the dropdown to specify where returned items should be restocked.

Select the refund method from this dropdown to define how the customer will be refunded for their return.

This shows the total amount the customer originally paid for the product.

Here you can view the return amount charged to the customer based on your configured settings. The return fee is the amount you choose to charge when a customer initiates a return. You can apply or waive this fee by toggling the checkbox.

This field shows the final refund amount the customer will receive, factoring in all applicable deductions, including the return fee.

If needed, you can manually adjust the refund amount from this field.

Once everything is configured, click the Restock and Refund button to finalize and process the return.
