From the dashboard settings, you can access the exchange fee configuration options.

Use this checkbox to enable or disable the exchange fee, which is the amount charged to customers when they place an exchange order.

Here you can add the admin link of the product you’ve created as the shipping product.

After pasting the link, click the "Validate" button to add and confirm the link.

After that, click the "Save" button to apply and store the updates.

On the exchange request approval screen, you can view the exchange fee applied to the request. Here, you also have the option to include or remove the exchange fee for this particular request.

Here, you can view the Exchange Request Summary, which includes the applied exchange fee. You also have the option to include or remove the exchange fee for this request.

On the Inspection Page, the exchange fee product is added as a line item.

In the customer notification email, the exchange fee product is included as a line item, clearly highlighting the exchange fee to the customer.

On the Resolution Page, you can click the "Release Fulfillment" button to process the exchange product after receiving the pending amount from the customer.
