Workaround for Resolving Non-received Requests

Leave the "Received" checkbox unchecked

Click on "None Received".

You'll see the Not Received tag in the resolution page.

Click on the refund resolution dropdown

After that, click on "Original Payment Method".

Click on the refund amount field to overwrite it.

Set it to zero
