Welcome to our demo!

Go to the "Broadcast" Icon.

Click on "Create a broadcast".

Give your template a clear and relevant name. This will make it easier to identify which broadcast was sent out when reviewing reports and tracking performance

Next, select your template from the dropdown menu. You’ll also have the option to preview the template before sending to ensure everything looks correct.

When uploading your CSV file, it's important that the formatting is correct. We've included an example CSV file that you can download and use as a reference to ensure your data is structured correctly.

Ensure all phone numbers are listed in the first column. Format each WhatsApp number by including the correct country code (e.g. '27' for South Africa) at the beginning of the number, and do not include any symbols such as '+'.

If your template includes variables (e.g. name), you can add these in the columns next to the number, starting with the first variable.

Once your database is correctly formatted and you've uploaded your CSV file into the designated area, you’ll be prompted to confirm whether your contacts have opted in. This step is crucial to ensure you're only messaging customers who have given permission to receive communications from your business.

If you have multiple WhatsApp numbers linked to your account, you'll be able to choose which number you’d like to send the broadcast from using the dropdown menu

To start, click on "Yes".

If you'd like to schedule your broadcast for a later date and time, you can do so by selecting the scheduling option here.

You can adjust the date and time of your scheduled broadcast using the options provided here.

Once you're happy with the preview, double-check that all variables are displaying correctly and that you've either selected a scheduled date and time or chosen to send immediately. When you're ready, click 'Send Now' to finalise and send your broadcast."

Once the broadcast has been sent, you can monitor its performance here.
