Steps to use the new ACORD upload feature.

From the Terminal Home screen, click the dropdown arrow next to 'Create New Application', then select 'Upload Document' from the menu.

Drag and drop your ACORD form into the upload area, or click 'browse' to select the file from your computer. For best results, use an ACORD 125 form if available.

Once uploaded, data from your ACORD form will be extracted and analyzed.

The Business Information from your ACORD form will be displayed for you to review and validate.

If your 'Business Type' wasn't automatically detected, use the search bar to find and select the correct type manually.

After selecting your Business Type, click 'Start Quote Application' to begin.

Fields that were auto-filled from your ACORD form will be marked with a 'Prefilled from Document Upload' note beneath them. Review these values, then continue answering the remaining questions to complete your application as usual.
