Welcome to the new demographics page. We've made changes to help improve system performance, better organize fields, and add new features. Let’s discover some of the recent changes.

The “Important” and “Demographics” tabs from the previous demographics screen have been combined into one tab, preventing you from having to frequently switch between them.

The “Insurances”, “Authorizations”, and “Patient Flags” tabs have remained the same.

Tabs for “Balance” and any integrated payment processors have been combined under the “Payments” tab.

Back on the demographics tab, we have organized all the information and broken it down into 5 distinct sections. We’ve also used a multi-column layout, so that more data can be seen all at once.

The Patient Profile section contains all the patient info fields, as well as any previous names, smoking status, and preferred pharmacies.

Finding preferred pharmacies to add has seen some improvements.

The Preferred Pharmacy drawer now suggests the 20 closest pharmacies based on the patient’s home address.

If you don’t see the intended pharmacy in the list, you can search by name, location, phone number or NCPDP ID.

Upon saving, the pharmacy will now be listed under the Patient Profile section.

Note that smoking status is now listed here in the Patient Profile section rather than in its own tab.

The Patient Contact section lists out all the contact info, as well as previous addresses, employer information, and responsible parties.

The Provider Information section is where you’ll find the referring and ordering providers listed.

The medical management and notes section is where you will find fields such as follow up, medical consent statuses, and any custom notes that have been added.

The fifth section of the page is where you can find and manage any Custom Demographics that have been created.

Each section offers the ability to edit the information as you've done before.

The save button stays fixed to the bottom of the drawer. Saving will now work without needing to save the entire demographics page, improving system performance and saving you time.
