Share your screen in VRIFY Meetings

Steps

To start, click on "Meetings".

Start your meeting.
You can click on an existing pre-scheduled meeting.

Or, you can start an Audio/Video Meeting.

You can also start a Live Share meeting.
This option is best used with 3rd party conferencing software like Teams or Zoom.

Optionally, adjust your microphone and camera permissions before starting the meeting.

In order to share your screen, the "Add Video Conferencing" must be toggled ON.

Select which VRIFY deck you want to use in your meeting.

Click on "Start Meeting".

When you're ready to share your screen, click on the share screen icon.

Choose which screen you want to share in the meeting.

When you're ready to stop sharing your screen, you can click on the "Stop Sharing" button on the tab or window you're sharing.
This may look slightly different depending on what browser you are using.

Alternatively, you can navigate back to your meeting screen and click the Stop Sharing button.

Continue with your presentation.
When you're done your meeting, end the meeting by clicking this button.
