To start a review campaign, click on "Email Template".

Enter text within the selected fields.

Click on "Save".

Preview your customer's experience by clicking on "Leave a review".

Your customer selects the platform they would like to leave a review on.
Tip: If you only want Google reviews, leave the Facebook tab empty. It's good to have both links for people without Gmail

They're immediately redirected to your review prompt.

Ready to invite customers? Click on "Send Emails".

Send your first invitation.
Repeat this step for every new customer or if you wish to selectively pick customers you'd like to request a review from.
