Keeping your VRIFIED Company Profile up to date

Steps

To start, cick on "Admin".

Next, click on "My Company".

To change the featured deck, hover your cursor over the Featured Deck section, then click "Feature Existing Deck"

Select the deck you want to feature. Note that only Public decks can be featured.

Then, click on "Continue".

To edit your Company Card, hover your cursor over the company card area.

Click "Edit".

Here, you can edit the image displayed on your company profile, or replace it.

Next, update the text in the "About" section.

You can toggle on or off the Book a Meeting feature.

Optionally, change who the book a meeting feature will book a meeting with.

Enter your website's URL in the Website text box.

When you're done editing your Company Card, click "Update".

Next, scroll down the page to update the Management and Directors that will display on your Company Profile. Click "Add" or "Edit".

Click "Add New" to add a new member of management to your Company Profile. Then, fill in the required fields.

Re-order the people added to management by clicking and dragging the 6-dot icon next to their name.

You can click "Edit" to edit the management profiles.

Or, you can delete a user from being displayed on your Company Profile by clicking "Delete".

Click on "Done".

Next, scroll down to the "Upcoming Activity" section. To add a new activity, click "Add".

Fill in the title for the activity.

Set a start date.

Then, set an end date.

Select a start and end time for your activity.

Set a link for your activity.

Select whether you will be presenting with VRIFY Meetings.

Click on "Create".

Next, you can manage your VRIFY Assets.

You can re-order your existing assets.

Click the 6-dot icon and drag your assets into the desired order.

You can also add a new asset. Click on "Add New Asset".

Fill in the required fields for your new asset.

When the asset fields are filled out, click "Save".

Next up, scroll down the My Company page to the "Press Releases" section. Here, you can click "Add" to create a new press release.

Enter a Title and Date for your press release.

Then, fill in the content for your press release.

Now, select the access permission. By default, press releases are set to Private until they are set to Public.

Finally, click "Create".
