Steps

Click on "Decks".

Click on the 3-dot actions menu for the deck you want to manage access to.

Click on "Manage Access".

Next up, click on "Share Secure Link".

Copy a secure link or select "Create New Link" to create a new one.

If creating a new link, start by adding a Label for this secure link to help keep track of who or what it is for.

Optionally, you can enter a password to access the secure link.
\*Leave this blank for Press Releases

Optionally, enter the recipient email address(s) here.

You can toggle on or off whether the recipient(s) will receive the link via an email notification.

Click on "Create New Link".

Click the copy icon to copy the secure link to your clipboard.
