Scope of Work: The contractor shall replace the existing epoxy floor coating with a new, commercial-grade high-grip epoxy floor coating in the approximately 2,432 square foot boat maintenance facility at USCG Station Lake Tahoe. The final color will be chosen by the technical POC. Work must be completed on one half of the building at a time, with the first half completed and usable before commencing the second. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision. ^[21]
Performance Period: The contractor must begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete the project within 90 calendar days after receiving an award. This performance period is mandatory. ^[29]
Estimated Magnitude: The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. ^[28]
Work Hours: Work performed at Tahoe City, CA, shall be completed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), unless authorized by the Contracting Officer. Impact to Coast Guard operations must be minimized. ^[22]

Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for October 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM PDT at USCG Station Lake Tahoe, 2500 Lake Forest Rd, Tahoe City, CA 96145-0882. Interested offerors must contact Kristian Fowler (Kristian.D.Fowler@uscg.mil or (206)815-7052) no later than 3 days before the site visit to facilitate access. Attendance is not mandatory and will not influence the outcome. ^[10], ^[33]
Facility and Security: Vehicles must have valid registration and insurance, and operators must have a valid driver's license. All personnel must have valid photo identification. The contractor must clean up all areas daily, ensure they are clear of debris, and return all construction areas to their original condition upon project completion. All waste material must be removed and disposed of in accordance with industry standards and applicable environmental regulations. ^[22]
Payment Protection: Payment protection is required no later than 15 calendar days after the award. The contractor must submit a Payment Bond or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC) for 100% of the contract price within 10 days of contract award. This protection must cover the full contract performance period plus an additional one-year period. ^[27], ^[32]
